We wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous new year.

Our new year’s resolution is to bring education, knowledge and power to your real estate investing.

Some people say that education is power, I personally believe that knowledge alone is not enough. It is only potential power, meaning it has the ability to supply you with power but does not give you it. The only way to attain power is by applying your knowledge and making things happen.[googmonify]4494413162:right:250:250[/googmonify]

The reason many real estate investors won’t fare well is that they never do anything with their education to begin with. They spend thousands of dollars every year to buy books and tapes and attend seminars. But very few even read the materials let alone use them.

In my research I have discovered that the reason for one’s failure to apply his/her knowledge stems from his/her inability to comprehend the real estate terminology. This means that most people have very little or no understating of the fundamental terms and concepts in real estate. Even worse, many people “think” they know the specific terminology but they really don’t! This phenomenon is even more detrimental to one’s success because “misunderstanding” something is really worse than “not understanding” it. Misunderstanding is the root of non-action, broken relationships, conflicts, wars…

In my continuing efforts to help our investors to break the boundaries of non-action, I’m preparing for a ground breaking seminar on this very subject. I will be defining the most fundamental terms, words and concepts in real estate. I’ll take you through a journey of self realization and total comprehension of these vital elements. At the conclusion of the seminar you will be very clear about the meaning and definition of each word and how it all fits together to form concepts that are critical to your success.

Mark your calendar for this fabulous one-of-a-kind event. It will take place on April 26, 2005. This seminar will be your gateway to pro-activity and success in real estate investing. Don’t miss it! And bring along your friends.

All the best,
Sam Sadat
